It's that time of year.... The Bustads are a hockey family - our daughter has played for 5 years, and now Marcus and I have been playing for over a year and a half now. We are also big Gopher (University of Minnesota) Women's Hockey fans as well.
This Friday, Sept 30th, the USA National Women's Hockey Team will be playing a "WCHA All-Star team" at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul. The US National team is tuning up before their Olympic appearance in Turin, Italy at the 2006 winter Olympic games.
They will also be back at the Xcel in Dec (Dec 30) for a warm up against the Canadian National Women's Team.
Tickets are a very affordable $11.75 general admission, for some terrific hockey. Hope to see you there!
